Health Porter Returns Policy


Customer may return any unused and sealed  order item* that is still intact in its original packaging condition to Health Porter within 7 days of receiving of your order (as per the records of courier) for an replacement with any another product or, under exceptions, a full refund purchased from Health Porter.


Please note:

Refunds cannot be processed without the prior approval from the Health Porter management.

Order item must be in “as new" condition when arrive for exchange. Health Porter holds no responsibility for defective or damage item arrive for exchange.


Consumers Guarantee/Refund


Health Porter follows the guidelines of Consumer Guarantees Act and meets all obligations of same. Products that are returned back after SEVEN days of delivery date and/or are not able to be sold again as new so they cannot be exchanged or refunded by Health Porter.


Refund of Shipping Costs

Health Porter will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of Health Porter error. Customer holds the right for full refund of shipping cost.

If customer is returning the order item because ordered by error or item is no longer required, the shipping fee is non refundable and customer will have to bear the re-shipping fee


Special Exceptions 


Contact Lenses
Contact Lenses comes under special order product and cannot be refunded except product is faulty as per standards.  We advise our customer to consult with their opticians and make their due-diligence before placing order for contact lenses.


Adult Toy supplies:  Health Porter follows high standards of safety and hygiene, considering the same we don’t refund or exchange for Adult product toys under any circumstances. We advise our customer to be double check before placing the order.

If in case your purchase item has manufacturing fault, we will send your item straight to the manufacturers for them to assess and replace/refund where appropriate. One of our Customer services team will be in touch with you for the correct procedure prior to accepting a faulty item back.


Before returning any goods for exchange or refund please contact our Customer Service Team to see if the matter can be resolved. This may save you unnecessary shipping costs.

You will be given a special return code prior to sending the goods back. Returns will not be accepted without the return code.
