Does Health Porter deliver order on Saturdays?
Yes we provide special convince delivery option on Saturday at an extra $5.50 added to your shipping fee.
As if now this service is available in Metropolitan city areas around NZ, and also depending on stock availability and day/time of when order placed.
This is not express delivery but delivery only on Saturdays.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes/Rural/Private Bags?
Yes we deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags and even Rural Areas within NZ.

Do you have to sign for the Parcel?
Yes. Health Porter uses 'Signature Required' policy for all national parcels which is covered by insurance if it is lost or damaged.
If customer choose to have the parcel sent out 'no signature required' or instructions to leave it anywhere on the property, this parcel is then not covered by insurance and will not be replaced or reimbursed by Health Porter if lost/damaged or stolen.

What if my International Order gets stuck at Customs?
Every country has local law and regulation for import of medicines & prescriptions.
Health Porter respects the local law of country.
We don’t export medicine to a country where those products are classified as prescription items; it is therefore responsibility of the customer to check local country's legislation for any items prohibited by any law, regulation or statute of any country.

Health Porter held no liability for delay, loss or damage of delivery parcels halted by customs.  From time to time shipments are held by customs and subject to inspection fees -
