How much does it cost for the delivery or shipping within New Zealand?

Outside Auckland North Island $7.99
Outside AUckland South Island $7.99
All Rural Area $9.99

What happen if my order is very heavy or bulky?
If your order is very heavy, big or bulky, You may be charged for the extra weight/volume.
If that is the case, HealthPorter team will contact you directly to discuss about prices & options before packing & dispatching your order.
Do you do Saturday Delivery?
So sorry. No, we do not do saturday delivery.
However, we will pack and drop all the orders that have been done on saturday to the nearby post office.
Do you allow Order Pick Up?
So sorry. No, all the orders that are placed online will be packed and dispatched using the courier company with tracking service.
Apology, no pick up is available in store unfortunately.
How much does it cost for the delivery or shipping to Australia?
$25 Standard International Shipping (non trackable)  3-10 working days
$45 International Economy Courier (track, signature required) 2-6 working days
$80 International Express Courier (track, signature required) 1-5 working days
Weight Limit of 2kg applies for all shipping orders to Australia.
If it goes over 2kg, our Customer Services team will contact you with the additional shipping cost quoted by courier companies based on weight & size.
Do you do FREE Shipping or Free delivery?
All orders over $79 are FREE Shipping anywhere in New Zealand.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer Free Shipping outside of New Zealand at this stage.
How long does it take for the parcel to come to me?
New Zealand:
1-3 Working Days
Australia:
Standard International Shipping: 15-20 working days - Non Trackable Service
Economy Courier: 6-10 working days - Fully Trackable (Please contact us if you want this service, extra charge will be applied)
Express Courier: 4-6 working days - Fully Trackable (Please contact us if you want this service, extra charge will be applied)
Please note: The delivery estimation time will only start to count once the order has been dispatched or picked up by the courier company, not from when order was placed.

Delivery within New Zealand:
Please note that the delivery times may take longer during the Holiday seasons such as Christmas, New Year and other public holiday dates.
Once it leaves our premises, we will have no control over the delivery timeframe and courier drivers schedule.
If payment is done by Internet Banking:
All orders paid by Internet banking will start to be processed once the funds have been cleared by the bank.
Payment is expected within 24 hours of placing the order.
We are unable to start processing your order before payment has been received, so this may mean longer delays in receiving your order.
If we have not received payment within 7 days, we will cancel your order.
You are however most welcome to pop online and order from us anytime.
Credit card orders are processed straight away.
Which courier company or compaines do you use?
We use almost every courier companies in New Zealand such as Courierpost, NZ Couriers, Poste Haste, Castle Parcels Now Couriers & Pace.
For all our standard orders, We use Courierpost mainly.
Please ask our customer service team if you have specific preferances of courier companies in mind before placing the order and additional fees might be applied.
For all International Parcels we use a combination of NZ Post, International Air and some third parties once the parcel has arrived in the country of destination.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes/Rural/Private Bags?
Yes we deliver to PO Boxes, Private Bags and even Rural Areas within New Zealand as Courierpost has this option for us.
Do you have to sign for the Parcel?  
No - all parcels will go out with NON-SIGNATURE option.
If you wish to have signature required option, please write SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the instruction section of your order.
What if my International order gets stuck at Customs?
Individual countries have various laws for the importation of health products.
It would be your responsibility to check your country's legislation for any items.
HealthPorter will not accept any liability or make compensation payments for loss, damage, delayed delivery or parcels halted by customs for containing any prohibited items.
Also, HealthPorter is not liable for any custom or inspection fees.
If for any reasons your international order is not allowed into your country, we will do a refund to you only when the parcel has been returned back to us safely.
Please note, the refund will not include the original shipping fee as it has been taken by the courier company and we won't be able to get the amount back.
