Skybright’s Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Manuka Honey is made from delicious, healthy, organically grown New Zealand apples that are fermented to convert the natural sugars of the apple to alcohol. This hard cider is fermented again to change the alcohol to acetic acid. Many of the nutritional benefits of the apple are retained in this process. Our cider vinegar is natural, unfiltered and unpasteurised and contains strands of proteins, enzymes and gut-friendly bacteria. This sediment is a natural occurrence and gives the product a cloudy appearance. It is known as the ‘mother’. Many believe that the ‘mother’ provides many of the health benefits associated with this product.

Apple Cider Vinegar has cleansing properties, can help to lower blood sugar levels and boost energy levels. It contains Pectin for cholesterol balance and many minerals, including: potassium, chlorine, sodium, magnesium, calcium, sulphur, iron, fluoride and silicon.
