Healthy digestion is the foundation of good health. How well we digest our food and absorb nutrients directly relates to our vitality and health. Poor digestive health is a common problem and often not addressed. Digestive Ease Tea is traditional plant medicine that builds digestive health. First, it supports the proper digestion of food. And if you need, it soothes digestive discomfort.
Take Digestive Ease Tea for optimal digestive health.
Directions:
Use 1/2 tsp (1g) per cup (150ml) and infuse with boiling water for 5-10 minutes.
Dose:               Acute:                           Upkeep:
Adult              1 cup, 3x daily             1 cup, 1x daily
4-10 years     50-100ml, 3x daily     50-100ml, 1x daily
1-4 years       20-40ml, 3x daily        20-40ml, 1x daily
0-1 year          5-10ml, 3x daily         5-10ml, 1x daily
For best results:
Take directly after meals. For long-standing issues, take for 6 weeks to 6 months to target inflammation in the digestive tract.

Special Instructions:
