1. Wash hands before and after wearing or changing gloves.
2. Choose the correct size. A snug fit is the best.
3. Change gloves regularly to reduce the build-up of perspiration and bacteria.
4. Change gloves after coughing and sneezing, or after touching face or hair.
5. Avoid use near hot equipment.
